Angry Anderson was born in Melbourne, Victoria - growing up on the mean streets of Coburg in Melbourne, the young Angry was obsessed by Rock'n'Roll music and became involved in a number of bands, the best known being Rose Tattoo. Angry is also recognised as a champion of children, highlighting the plight of and raising money for disadvantaged and sick children. For his work, Angry has received awards such as the Advance Australia Award, Member of the Order of Australia (AM) and the Special Merit Advance Australia Award.
